Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

 

- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

- Refunds are not guaranteed

Exchanges

Because items are produced on demand, we generally do not offer size or color exchanges.
